Ron Frauenshuh
Mediator / Attorney
Ron Frauenshuh is the owner of Conflict Resolution & Mediation. Ron has been a practicing attorney for the last 30 years and a mediator for over 20 years. As an experienced Minnesota attorney, Ron has represented clients on both sides of the issues and he has seen first-hand the emotional and financial strain litigants undergo. That is why Ron is a strong advocate of mediation and alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as arbitration, parenting time coordinators, and early neutral evaluation.
Ron's legal experience provides a broad knowledge base to draw from in assisting parties through mediation. His balance of professionalism and compassion ensures a non-adversarial setting for parties to work through their disputes.
Whether or not parties are represented by an attorney, Ron can work with parties and their legal counsel to successfully resolve the disputed issues.
Ron Frauenshuh is a long-time resident of Milbank, South Dakota, and he recently relocated to Watertown. Ron has been politically active throughout the years, and has been an active member of his community. Ron enjoys coaching debate and forensics at the high school, and he has coached the adult baseball team for the VFW.
Pamela Davis
Mediator
Pamela Davis is the newest member of our mediation team. Pamela is a long-time resident of Watertown and has a strong background in child protection. Pamela is approved in both Minnesota and in the Third Judicial Circuit of South Dakota. Pamela has compassion for families and has focused her mediation services to helping families resolve their disputes.
With specialized training and years of working in child protection with broken families, Pamela is able to offer parties a non-judgmental place to voice their concerns and reach real solutions both parties can live with.
Pamela Davis is familiar with the legal system and has experience working with attorneys and parties. She brings a unique perspective and a professional attitude, yet personal touch to our mediation center. We are pleased to add Pamela to our team and to offer parties her knowledge, skills, and passion for bringing families together through mediation.
